Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish

There is a radiator under the window that needs to stay. There’s currently a built-in floor-to-ceiling cabinet that I’d like to keep, but am open to removing. I’d prefer a walk-in shower only rather than the shower/tub combo we have now.
We are looking to do a complete redo - walls, floor, all fixtures. Adding on isn’t an option, so it’s small, but we’ll need to make it work in the space we have. The radiator under the window needs to stay.
We’d like to leave the built-in cabinet, but either fix or replace the doors and get new pulls. We’d also like to swap the location of the toilet and the vanity, i.e. have the vanity next to the cabinet so it can be larger, and put the toilet on the shorter side next to the door.
